Medical Camp by LOBA

The Loyola Old Boys Association, in association with Loyola Extension Services (LES) conducted a medical camp on the 20th of March, 2011 at the school premises. The function, which began with a prayer by Fr. Varghese Anikuzhy SJ, Principal, Loyola School, was inaugurated by Fr. Joye James, Rector, Loyola School. Over 75 patients from colonies situated around Sreekariyam attended the camp.

The LOBA wishes to thank Dr. Santosh Rollands, Dr. Benoy and Dr. Simon George for arranging the sample medicines. Our gratitude also goes out to Dr. Bimal John of Credence Hospital for arranging the support staff for the camp. We would also like to thank Rev. Fr. Principal, and Rev. Fr. Vice Principal for their support, and Rev. Fr. Joye James, Rector for getting the patients and support staff for the medical camp. Special mention goes out to the non teaching staff under the leadership of Joseph Uncle, and the LOBA volunteers, especially Mr George Thomas Panjikunnel who came all the way from Kochi.
